Folder, File and just Interact!
With Workstation you will be able to manage how Alan will work in your Organization.
You will be able to create Folders, assign it to teammates, upload files, send Youtube or Vimeo videos.
Folders
A folder is the way you will organize your documents in Alan, just like you do on your computer.
Create any quantity of Folders and upload Files to those folders. Later you will be able to have a Conversation with all the content that you sent to your Folder.

File
Workstation features state-of-the-art quality in document and video transcribing.
We utilize computer vision and text processing models to analyze each page individually, taking into account the visual aspects of each page.
Workstation can scale to thousands of documents with no limits of how many pages we can read.

Conversations
You can easily start a Conversation with Alan using our platform.
Alan is built on top of our retrieval mechanisms, that means Alan is able to search in a intelligent way the best sources to help Alan providing the best and most accurate answer as possible.
After asking something you will be able to see that sometimes Alan show to you the page that he found related to your question.
You have available the "Show Sources" button. With this feature you will be able to see ALL source used by Alan and even vote on them!

Sources and Feedback
As mentioned before we use our retrieval systems to find the best sources that Alan can use during Conversations.
But Alan is not static! You can improve how Alan ranks your documents only by applying positive or negative feedbacks.
This voting system works best with other teammates asking questions and voting as well!
More votes = more data to help Alan improving itself.
