Extraction

Extraction is a way to have your Assistant extracting structured data from user conversation.

So let's say that you have a Flow responsible of taking care of users is interacting with your Assistant seeking for IT help to open a ticket.

To open a ticket via API in your CRM you need the user name, user company id and other informations. To automate that you can use Extractions to return to you user data in a structured way, so you can use this to make actions on your system.

You can share some real examples in Extraction Values, or even describe how the user may share the required extraction with the Assistant.
